High Rise – From completing a 14 unit luxury high rise in Washington D.C. to an 854 unit high rise in Panama City, Florida, Power Design has the knowledge and expertise required to deliver a quality product on even the most complex of high rise projects.

High Density – Power Design has completed high density projects ranging from a footprint of less than an acre to site footprints in excess of five acres. Power Design understands the importance of production sequencing and multi-phased building completions that many customers require on high density projects.

Garden Style – Power Design has completed numerous garden style projects throughout the United States ranging in size from a small 92 unit project in Daniel Island, South Carolina to a 500 unit project in Charlotte North Carolina.

Conventional – With hundreds of conventional projects completed, Power Design provides its customers with the knowledge and expertise needed to ensure the most cost effective and code compliant product is delivered.

Wood Frame – Power Design is familiar with the challenges of completing wood frame product such as: significant punch, dry in issues, etc. Power Design has completed wood frame projects ranging in size from a 500 unit apartment project in North Carolina down to a 30 unit condominium complex in the Florida Keys.

Tunnel Form – Power Design is one of a few electrical contractors with the knowledge and experience necessary to complete a tunnel form project. In 2005 Power Design completed one of the world’s tallest tunnel form buildings located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Renovation - From renovating a 100 year old historic building into a 5 star hotel in Miami, Florida to converting a dilapidated high-rise building into luxury apartments in Silver Springs, Maryland, Power Design has the ability to complete the most complex restoration project.
