Divisional Operations Manager
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Divisional Operations Manager provides overall direction and leadership for Project Management, including material, production, and labor management for designated projects.Learn more about this position by selecting a topic below:
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Develop high level strategic planning of labor, project cost, production, and customer relations.
- Manage, train, and develop a Project Management team.
- Plan and schedule resources to meet project milestones.
- Manage overall profitability of projects and ensure financial targets are met while maintaining established quality standards.
- Maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field.
- At least seven years of relevant construction project management experience.
- Previous experience in successful management of multiple, multi-million dollar projects across various locations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrate and uphold all of Power Design’s core values, which include Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation, and Growth.
- Non-smoker.
