Job Description

Overview

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Responsible for assisting the site management in monitoring the scope, schedule, and resources of the subcontractors involved in electrical work.
Work with the engineering staff to ensure plans, specifications, submittals, and RFI’s are promptly turned around.
Monitor the performance of subcontractors concerning the schedule.
Mentor and train less experienced team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Included But Not Limited To:

Must be Licensed, Journeyman License required, Master License preferred.
Must have experience running multifamily electrical jobs from beginning to end.
Candidate must be able to successfully complete an employment background check and drug screening
Non-smoker
