Job Description
POSITION TITLE: Project SuperintendentREPORTS TO: Divisional Operations Manager
DEPARTMENT: Field Operations
Overview
Responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all the electrical work of multi family projects.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Responsible for assisting the site management in monitoring the scope, schedule, and resources of the subcontractors involved in electrical work.
- Work with the engineering staff to ensure plans, specifications, submittals, and RFI’s are promptly turned around.
- Monitor the performance of subcontractors concerning the schedule.
- Mentor and train less experienced team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Included But Not Limited To:
- Must be Licensed, Journeyman License required, Master License preferred.
- Must have experience running multifamily electrical jobs from beginning to end.
- Candidate must be able to successfully complete an employment background check and drug screening
- Non-smoker
