Training Facilitator

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Training Facilitator is responsible for instructing, facilitating, and creating material for training classes provided to all Power Design employees.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Assist the Director of Training & Development with the design and maintenance of new and existing training materials and curriculum.
  • Present training programs focused on Power Design’s mission and vision, values, policies, and procedures.  
  • Provide a comprehensive analysis to ensure training programs are relevant and targeted to business need.
  • Create and administer practical tests and activities to assess employee knowledge retention for each training topic.
  • Research, develop and enhance the new and existing training programs and delivery methods by attending workshops and seminars.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least three years of instructor-led training and instructional design.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrate and uphold all of Power Design’s core values, which include Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation, and Growth.
  • Non-smoker.
