We've got THREE EC&M All Stars this year!

Over the last few years, Electrical Construction & Maintenance (EC&M) has released their “Under 30 EC&M All Stars” report featuring up-and-coming electrical professionals who demonstrate innovation, outstanding work ethic, and technical savviness on the job. They have remained committed to honoring young talent in the industry, profiling all stars from around the country who have gone above and beyond the call of duty.

This year, the results were a little different. Not only did submissions increase by almost 300% since last year, but EC&M stated they received an overwhelming amount of outstanding candidates, bumping the usual amount of honorees from 10 to 30! Since all of the honorees are under 30 years old, they decided to name the nomination ‘EC&M 30 Under 30 All Stars’ moving forward.

Last year, we were proud to have foreman, Kollin Padon, on the list, and this year we’re even more excited to have not one, not two, but THREE Power Design employees on the list from all over the country!

    • Shawn Calter, foreman (Stafford, VA)
    • Eddie Esperanza, foreman (Dallas, TX)
    • Randy Qario, electrician/foreman (Brighten, CO)

One of the All Stars this year, Randy, has also participated with other electricians nationwide through an electrical competition called the Ideal National Championship and is a two-time finalist!
