Archstone Square 673, also known as 1st& M, is located in Washington, D.C. in the growing NoMa neighborhood. Power Design teamed up with Paradigm Construction to complete electrical work on both the 470 unit residential high rise and 20,000 square feet of retail space. The project is due to open in spring 2012.

Power Design and Tompkins Builders have completed construction on Camp Allen, a new living quarters for U.S. Navy personnel in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. This worthwhile project is a public/private venture between the Department of Defense and Hunt Building Company, Ltd and is scheduled for completion by May 2010.
