Power Design’s [PowerU](https://www.powerdesigninc.us/our-newest-apprentice-class-of-2020/) Apprenticeship program is growing again! With over 300 employees in just 3 years, we’re excited to welcome our 2021 Fall Class of Apprentices to the #PDIFamily, and this time— we’re hearing directly from them!

Power Design is dedicated to training and developing the next generation of industry leaders. Frank Musolino, Power Design CEO, explains the opportunity to advance within the industry to the apprentices:

## Our managers are better for helping train the next generation, and you guys are better for learning how to become mentors for future generations.

#### Frank Musolino |

Power Design CEO

## The apprenticeship program has been incredibly supportive. It's really been a seamless, nice experience.

#### Samuel Baderdeen |

Rookie (Apprentice) of the Year

In addition to celebrating our new class of apprentices, we also surprised 4 of our All-Star Apprentices with new trucks! Interested in finding out what it takes to be a Power Design Apprentice All-Star? Learn more, [here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LjMQkiboSDE)!

## With Power Design, they put the ball in your court. You can go as far and as high as you are willing to work.

#### Mike Del Toral |
