Originally from Venezuela, Jesús came to the United States searching for new opportunities. With family members already working in construction, he was given his first chance on a jobsite. Watching a project rise from the ground up and being able to say, “I was part of that,” sparked something in him that would shape his career.
Jesús began in electrical work as a Production Partner with Power Design before joining Power Design’s Special Operations Group. This role took him across the country, supporting projects wherever he was needed. After gaining valuable experience, he stepped into a safety position, and that’s where he discovered his true professional passion: ensuring every person on a jobsite goes home safe at the end of the day.
Jesús leads by example, believing that a safety culture is built person-to-person, by showing why safety matters and how it protects both people and production. His leadership style centers on trust, guidance, and genuine care for his teams. His mother was his first mentor, teaching him the values he carries today. Throughout his career, he has learned from coworkers and leaders, always seeking to take away something valuable from every interaction.
