In honor of Black History Month, we’ve been matching all employee donations made in February through RAVE (our internal recognition platform) including [Black Women in Business](https://blackwomeninbusiness.org/), [Black Women’s Blueprint](https://www.blackwomensblueprint.org/), [Pick Up the Ball](http://www.pickuptheball.org/) and others! Check out a few of our spotlight PDI donors and their charities of choice below.

Learn more at St. Pete’s very own [Dr. Carter G. Woodson Museum](https://woodsonmuseum.org/exhibits-events/)! To continue promoting education in our community, Power Design donated $1,000 to the cultural institution through our Project V5 fund. [Learn more about the the museum](https://woodsonmuseum.org/exhibits-events/) and its virtual events!

Doing some shopping soon? We encourage our employees and partners to [shop this list](https://nymag.com/strategist/article/black-owned-businesses-support-shop.html) of over 100 Black-owned businesses that you can support in seven different categories: beauty brands, bookstores, clothing and accessories, food and drink, fitness, home decor, gift shops and more!
