National Apprenticeship Week is an opportunity for Power Design to celebrate, educate, and empower the future of our workforce. With nearly 300 apprentices across 158 active job sites from coast-to-coast, our hard-working and dedicated future leaders learn through hands-on training and virtual classes — all to prepare them for a successful career in the trades.

Take a peek at how Power Design does apprenticeship differently, check it out ⬇️

Just this year, our [very first PowerU class of apprentices graduated](https://www.powerdesigninc.us/news/celebrate-good-times-our-first-poweru-graduation) and are the perfect example of how we’re paving the path for future generations.
