Every year, Power Design proudly joins the [National Association of Women in Construction](https://www.nawic.org/nawic/default.asp) and our partners in the industry to celebrate and recognize our groundbreaking women in construction. We highlight our leading ladies by shining a light on their career paths, their stories, and how they’re breaking the mold to build successful, female leaders.

In 2019, women represented about 10% of the construction industry, and industry-wide, women comprised 7.5% of all construction managers. Although we’ve come a long way, we’re on a mission to increase those numbers, and our leading ladies below have all the motivation we need. Scroll down to learn more about this year’s #WomenInConstruction!

Follow us on social media all week for exclusive content including Instagram takeovers, a behind the scenes look at our Leading the Way Webinar, and more! Don’t forget to share your stories with us too by using #PDIWomenAtWork and #WomenInConstruction.
