If you haven’t yet visited the Power Design fitness center, what rock are you living under? This facility has it all and then some; here’s the low down:

- – Open 5am to 10pm, 7 days a week
- – Locker rooms with amenities supplied: Lockers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, changing rooms, etc.
- – 28 pieces of cardio, top of the line brands (Woodway, Cybex, Technogym and Octane)
- – Full internet access, TVs on all cardio.
- – Sport Court: Volleyball and Basketball
- – Strength: Free Weights, Dumbells, Cybex
- – Torque: Functional training, ropes, balls, TRX
- – Classes: 8 per week, Yoga, Kickboxing, Boot Camp, Total Body Conditioning, Fit Core
- – Fitness Center APP created by Mindbody-Allows scheduling of classes, sessions and sport court from a PDI branded APP
- – Personal Training by Fitness Specialist-They are official PDI employees with a degree in Exercise Science.

## This fitness center is truly a gift, I've been in the corporate wellness industry for many years and our fitness center blows my mind!
