Happy New Year! We finished 2019 on a great note–we got to spend a week with 240 of our superintendents on the GRID for our first-ever Super Summit, hosted our #PDIFamily (plus the Grinch, Santa, and all his elves) for Winterfest, and so much more in Q4!

Open up this issue for the latest news on the apprenticeship program, how we’re switching things up in the technology world, and our latest project and workplace awards (we’ve got some pretty big ones to share with you)!

As always, we made sure to pack this issue with the latest, must-read #PDILife and project-related news. Just for you! [Check it out now.](https://78de07401.flowpaper.com/ThePowerLine2019Issue4/#page=1)
