The People Behind LFG: Josh Tysen

Written by Power Design | May 28, 2026 7:28:58 PM

At LFG, we’re continuing to push boundaries with next-generation machinery. Our 208,000 square-foot production floor is now equipped with steel lasers, CNC routers, press brakes, and around-the-clock automation—and we've built a team that never stops finding a better way forward.

Process Technology Manager Joshua Tysen is a big part of that.

Josh's job is simple in concept: find smarter ways to work, then make them standard across how LFG operates every day. He's working alongside programmers and operators to sharpen systems, choose the right tools, and get more out of every machine on the floor.

See it for yourself:

Josh is also the guy who started Hawaiian Shirt Fridays at LFG. Someone who works hard and helps make the shop culture what it is. Unity and collaboration are essential to how we operate—engineers, programmers, operators, PMs, and logistics all connected under one roof, from design and sourcing through fabrication, QC, and delivery. We work in lockstep to turn projects around in weeks while the industry average sits at 50+.

Great processes only work as well as the people behind them. We invest in both.
