One West Palm is an 826,500 SF mixed-use complex comprised of two towers, a podium with retail amenities, and a parking structure for 710 cars. A mixed-use tower at the southwest corner of the site along Quadrille Boulevard contains 170,000 SF of Class A office space and a 200-suite hotel, while a residential tower of 218 apartments rises above the northeast corner along North Dixie Highway.
