Waller Creek is a 2.3 million-square-foot mixed-use office, hotel, and residential tower located in downtown Austin, TX. This tower contains a 251-unit hotel, nearly 700,000 square feet of office space, 43,000 square feet of general retail space, and 352 residential units. Currently on track to be the tallest building in Texas, this “supertall” tower rises 1,022 feet, making it the tallest building in the state by 20 feet.
