Another year, another successful round of Regional Meetings! For over a month, our Learning and Development team and Executive Steering Committee traveled coast-to-coast to further develop our field team’s careers, enhance their management skills, and increase their technical expertise.

It was clear during this year’s Regional Meetings that our culture is unmatched. No matter the location or environment — whether that be a training room, happy hour, or team dinner — our field leaders were able to swap stories, catch up, and reconnect with members of their extended #PDIFamily!

After over a month of traveling around the country, we wrapped up our final regional meeting and put up some impressive numbers:

The scale and depth of these training initiatives is one of the ways we seek to fulfill our mission to be the most trusted partner. By continuously improving and developing the careers of our field teams, we create stronger leaders and advance their skillset even further. Our customized training builds on the field team’s leadership skills, creates a trusting working environment, provides effective feedback, and coaches our team toward reaching their goals.

This customized training helps our field teams further their career development, while our Executive Steering Committee focuses on engaging with our field teams and answering any questions they might have. Joe Micallef, Chief Operating Officer, was present at all 15 Regional Meetings and discussed our goal to continue streamlining processes and advancing technology in the field — both driven by the feedback and ideas of our Supers and Foremen.

Innovation is one of our core values and always has been! This stems from getting feedback from our leaders in the field and acting on it.

Chief Operating Officer

To help ensure we had a breadth of experience during the training sessions, we brought department experts along to answer any technical questions, utilized training from the Learning and Development team, and heard leadership messaging from our Senior and Regional Vice Presidents.

Through our field team’s hard work and leadership on the job site, Power Design continues to shape skylines across the entire country. We look forward to continuing the advancement of our #PDIFamily each and every day!
