At Power Design, sustainability isn’t a side initiative. It’s a core part of how we think about growth, performance, and impact. Clean energy plays an important role in that conversation, but so does the bigger picture: how we design, build, and operate in ways that support our people, our partners, and the communities we’re part of – today and for generations to come.

A More Focused Approach to Sustainability

Sustainability has always been part of how we operate. In 2025, we took a deliberate step to bring those efforts together by forming a dedicated Sustainability team with an important mission to make sure that:

The BRIGHT Framework

Our sustainability efforts are guided by the BRIGHT framework, which shapes how we design, build, and operate across six key focus areas:

Sustainability in Action

That commitment has already shown up in tangible ways across Power Design. A few recent examples include:

• Over 900 solar panels installed at BASE, our new distribution center
• 6,877+ pounds of recycled e-waste, helping extend material life cycles
• 85+ awarded projects actively pursuing green building certifications

Measuring the Impact

To better understand how those efforts translate into performance, we evaluated energy and water usage across our GRID campus. The results speak for themselves. In 2025, our GRID buildings collectively used approximately 25% less energy and 48% less water than the national median.

Those outcomes reinforce a simple truth: when sustainability is built into how you operate, the impact is real and measurable.
