Must be fully capable of following the opening and closing procedures of the daily café operation.
Responsible for the proper sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation area, including ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, preparation slicers, tables, and floors.
Cleaning and sanitizing all pots and pans for use in the Café.
Maintain a clean and organized worked environment.
Ensure the proper sanitation, organization, and efficiency of service area.
here’s what we’re looking for …
1- 2 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality and service industry.
Knowledge of health department standards for food service employees.
Ability to prioritize and solve problems while ensuring a “customer first” mentality.
Hard working team member who can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
