    Position Responsibilities

    • Design, deploy, and maintain robust network infrastructure solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking components, to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
    • Configure and troubleshoot AV devices for seamless operation and network compatibility
    • Develop and implement network policies to optimize AV performance and minimize latency
    • Collaborate with teams to integrate audio-visual solutions into existing network infrastructure
    • Stay updated on emerging networking and AV technologies and assess their impact.
    • Participate in project planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize AV solution requirements

    Here’s What We’re Looking For

    • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT or a related area of study
    • At least 3 years of experience in networking engineering or similar roles
    • Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols
    • Familiarity with network equipment from vendors such as: Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and Palo Alto Networks
    • Ability to integrate audio-visual and low voltage solutions into network infrastructures, with a track record of configuring and troubleshooting AV devices and protocols such as HDMI, HDCP, HDBaseT, and Dante
    • Familiarity with a broad spectrum of audio-visual standards and technologies, including H.264, H.265, SIP, WebRTC, Dante, AES67, and SDVoE.
    • Strong analytical acumen and problem-solving prowess, enabling prompt identification, diagnosis, and resolution of intricate network and AV challenges
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating seamless collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors
    • Preferred: industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CompTIA Network+, AVIXA CTS, or equivalent qualifications
