    About the Position

    The Supply Chain Manager will have the opportunity to manage more than $10 million in electrical services and commodity purchasing. The position will report directly to the Regional Procurement Project Executive. The function of the Supply Chain Manager is to support the engineering, estimating, and operations teams with the supplier management and procurement of electrical goods for The Link; our distribution, manufacturing, and pre-fab center in Palmetto, FL. This includes but is not limited to, e-sourcing, master buyouts, RFP, auctions, negotiating rebate programs, issuing POs, and managing and replenishing inventory levels for business units.

    Position Responsibilities

    • Procurement responsibilities for Pre-Fab (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Fire Alarm)

    • Supply Chain responsibilities for Pre-Fab (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Fire Alarm)

    • Procurement responsibilities for Specialty Manufacturing

    • Supply Chain responsibilities for Specialty Manufacturing

    • Establishing and managing Power Design Tool Program (Temp Power, Large Equipment, and Tool Refurb Program)

    • Creating and managing the bid process and templates for both e-auctions and paper auctions.

    • Defining spend visibility for the category including history and category families.

    • Defining the supplier strategy for general goods and services, including supply chain, contracts and rebates programs.

    • Reporting and creating monthly metrics and dashboards.

    • Enforcing procurement guidelines, the purchasing strategy, supplier selection, contract negotiations and meeting cost avoidance goals.

    Here’s What We’re Looking For

    • Five (5) years of procurement or equivalent experience required. Experience and/or knowledge of the construction industry is preferred, but not required.

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate’s or related degree required.

    • Familiarity with category management and, e-sourcing, including software and data mining with office products.

    • Knowledge and experience with commodity buying, supplier management, contracting, and negotiations.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to interface with and prepare reports for all levels of staff and management.

    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, fluid work environment.
