Then the human resources (HR) administrator role at Power Design is for you! The HR administrator role is located at our corporate headquarters campus in St. Petersburg, Florida, and is a great opportunity for an HR or administrative professional with excellent computer and analytical skills to build their career.

    position details/responsibilities…

    • Provide support to the SOURCE, our human resources team, by ensuring confidentiality is maintained through proper entry and maintenance of employee files and system data.
    • Assess our data systems and find and recommend efficiencies whenever possible.
    • Generate and distribute reports and analytics, including period audits to validate data integrity.
    • Serve as a liaison between the SOURCE and other departments and managers regarding the operation of systems and reports.
    • Work on special projects as needed and provide administrative support to the department.

    here’s what we’re looking for…

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field and two years of related work experience required.
    • 2 -3 years of Workday experience
    • Someone who is very detail-oriented and loves problem-solving and working independently.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
    • A detail-oriented, extremely organized individual who is able to multitask and deliver results in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment with very strict, changing deadlines.
    • Someone who can maintain a high level of confidentiality and be extremely professional while maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
    • Demonstrate and uphold all the core values of Power Design, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth.
