    The Project Finance Analyst  will provide dedicated financial, accounting, and project support to the CEO and Co-Chairman. This highly trusted role will focus on tracking financial performance, managing payment processes, and delivering actionable insights through analysis and reporting. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting executive leadership across a wide range of strategic initiatives.

    Position Details/Responsibilities…

    • Track and reconcile all financial activity related to executive-level projects, ensuring accuracy in budgeting, payments, and reporting.

    • Monitor ongoing initiatives and provide financial visibility to the CEO and Co-Chairman through regular updates and dashboards.

    • Ensure timely processing of invoices, expense tracking, and payment coordination in alignment with project or initiative timelines.

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to collect data, resolve discrepancies, and support financial decision-making.

    • Prepare and analyze reports to highlight variances, trends, and recommendations for action.

    • Assist in coordinating and preparing documentation and presentation materials for executive meetings.

    • Maintain organized records and financial documentation related to initiatives under the CEO and Co-Chairman’s oversight.

    • Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business matters.

    here’s what we’re looking for…

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 4-5 years of related work experience required.

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Oracle/Hyperion is a plus.

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to work well with others under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities.

    • Able to work independently and demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.

    • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
