The Project Finance Analyst will provide dedicated financial, accounting, and project support to the CEO and Co-Chairman. This highly trusted role will focus on tracking financial performance, managing payment processes, and delivering actionable insights through analysis and reporting. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting executive leadership across a wide range of strategic initiatives.
Position Details/Responsibilities…
Track and reconcile all financial activity related to executive-level projects, ensuring accuracy in budgeting, payments, and reporting.
Monitor ongoing initiatives and provide financial visibility to the CEO and Co-Chairman through regular updates and dashboards.
Ensure timely processing of invoices, expense tracking, and payment coordination in alignment with project or initiative timelines.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to collect data, resolve discrepancies, and support financial decision-making.
Prepare and analyze reports to highlight variances, trends, and recommendations for action.
Assist in coordinating and preparing documentation and presentation materials for executive meetings.
Maintain organized records and financial documentation related to initiatives under the CEO and Co-Chairman’s oversight.
Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business matters.
here’s what we’re looking for…
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 4-5 years of related work experience required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Oracle/Hyperion is a plus.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well with others under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities.
Able to work independently and demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
