Position Responsibilities
Prepare and conduct onscreen quality overlays, takeoffs, and descriptive narratives
Organize team files to ensure Estimators can easily find documents
Learn proficiency in the following softwares: Change Order Management (COM), Accubid Change Order Pro (COP), Accubid Live Count, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and Oracle
Transfer overlays and takeoff information into Accubid Change Order Management program
Help Estimators prepare proposals for clients
Provide recommendations for continuous improvements in processes
Attend technical training sessions and share new knowledge with team members
Learn the specific skills you need to advance your career as an Estimator, Assistant Project Manager, or Engineer at Power Design
Here’s What We’re Looking For
1 year of relevant work experience in change order management or similar
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Able to adapt to new technology and systems
Accubid, Bluebeam, and AutoBid experience preferred
Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
Able to provide a high level of customer service
