Our field engineers are responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining user uptime and improving computing experiences through effective onsite maintenance and problem identification and resolution activities. Candidates must be energetic and focused, with a strong motivation to learn new technologies and management and maintenance processes. This position requires dedication, persistence, follow-up, effective utilization of provided resources, and unbeatable customer service.
This position will include identifying user problems and working within structured problem management and resolution process to remediate them, leveraging established SLAs and working with other resources and vendors to deliver effective field support services. This role requires travel to jobsite locations.

Prepare research plans and document projects for all technology methods
Help maintain accurate projects documentation, diagrams or general SOP’s
Manage multiple IT projects related to upgrades, improvements, and maintenance
Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability
Ensure issues are handled with proper priority and communication, performing post-resolution follow-ups and escalating problems to the IT Field Director when necessary
Will require travel to remote sites to deploy technology solutions
Troubleshooting user problems on jobsites
Accurate documentation of all activities conducted
The ability to manage, maintain, troubleshoot and support our users’ networks, equipment, software, and services
The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
here’s what we’re looking for…
Bachelor’s degree is required; computer science or related field is preferred.
3-5 years of relevant work experience is required.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required.
As the regional subject matter expert, must be able to travel and possess a valid driver’s license.
Proficient in understanding computer network designs.
Experience with Lenovo, Intune, CradlePoint and Cisco technologies is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with proven track record effectively communicating with users and vendors.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced work environment with very tight deadlines.
