About the Position

As an Operations Manager, you’ll take the lead on driving performance, streamlining operations, and delivering high-impact results. Position Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of prefabrication production operations, ensuring project schedules, quality standards, and safety goals are consistently met or exceeded.
Supervise a cross-functional team, including production leads, and associates, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Strategically plan and allocate resources to meet production demands while maximizing operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and boost productivity.
Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols and maintain accurate documentation for production and safety records.
Monitor project timelines and budgets, adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful on-time delivery.
Support ongoing training and development of production team members to build technical expertise and promote career growth within the department.
Drive performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives using data and reporting tools.
Here’s What We’re Looking For
A strong leader with 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in a production, manufacturing, or construction environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
Working knowledge of prefabrication, construction processes, or MEP systems (electrical experience is a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); or production management software experience is a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a passion for process optimization.
