As an Operations Manager, you’ll take the lead on driving performance, streamlining operations, and delivering high-impact results.     Position Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage all aspects of prefabrication production operations, ensuring project schedules, quality standards, and safety goals are consistently met or exceeded.
    • Supervise a cross-functional team, including production leads, and associates, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
    • Strategically plan and allocate resources to meet production demands while maximizing operational efficiency.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and boost productivity.
    • Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols and maintain accurate documentation for production and safety records.
    • Monitor project timelines and budgets, adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful on-time delivery.
    • Support ongoing training and development of production team members to build technical expertise and promote career growth within the department.
    • Drive performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives using data and reporting tools.

    Here’s What We’re Looking For

    • A strong leader with 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in a production, manufacturing, or construction environment.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
    • Working knowledge of prefabrication, construction processes, or MEP systems (electrical experience is a plus).
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); or production management software experience is a plus.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a passion for process optimization.
