About the Position
Power Design has an exciting opportunity for a Property Administrator to join the organization in beautiful St. Petersburg, FL. In this role, you will help oversee and manage all company real estate assets, and will be responsible for the successful operations of all company real estate property while working directly with the Project Manager to organize, plan and execute goals.
Position Responsibilities
- Distribute and manage team tasks.
- Manage Trello (task) boards on a day-to-day basis and distribute tasks as needed.
- Manage and coordinate vendors when onsite (POC, tasks and follow up), and place service calls to vendors.
- Manage landscaper, including weekly walks and distribution of action items.
- Walk campus to ensure all areas meet 5S standards, report issues to the day/night teams as needed.
- Order all supplies and material for team as needed.
- Send 5S emails to employees sent from night janitorial team (boxes under desks, food left out, etc.).
- Manage all tour and event Property tasks including coordinating and distributing customer tour tasks from Business Development team and event tasks from Engagement team.
- Coordinate additional cleaning staff as needed for events/tours.
- Track and keep furniture and other inventory logs.
- Coordinate all desk moves, cleaning of desks, and furniture rearranging as needed.
- Process and cross-check weekly timecards for day, night and ITR team.
- Issue POs upon request and save under corresponding vendor.
- Assist with employee requests/work orders as needed.
- Assist with other campus projects and tasks as needed.
Here’s What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Property Management, Construction Management, or Real Estate.
- College degree is preferred; High School diploma or GED is required.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam, internet navigation/research, and strong typing skills.
- Experience with internet-based work order software (i.e. Angus Anywhere, Workspeed, etc.).
- Ability to work with little supervision while meeting deadlines, prioritizing assignments, providing recommendations, and effectively communicating updates.
- Experienced in supporting senior management as well as providing support to two or more people simultaneously.
- Demonstrated self-motivator and proactive in managing long-term projects in balance with daily tasks.
- Strong verbal, written, communication, and organizational skills.
- Should have flexible schedule and be able to work outside the core business hours (occasionally on short notice, and a limited basis) as needed.
- Strong customer focus with ability to manage multiple, fast-moving priorities and adapt to change.
