    About the Position…

    The Recruiting Partner is responsible for building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless hiring experience, while also serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across Power Design. This role is equally focused on recruitment and account management—identifying and attracting top talent, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with leaders throughout the business. Based at our headquarters in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida, the Recruiting Partner plays a critical role in supporting our growth and upholding Power Design’s reputation as a great place to work.

    Position Details/Responsibilities…

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver top-quality candidates.

    • Own the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for hire.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, executives, and department leaders—acting as a strategic advisor and providing insights on talent market trends.

    • Develop and nurture candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.

    • Manage job postings and ensure all job descriptions are optimized and updated in the applicant tracking system (Workday).

    • Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience by maintaining clear communication and a customer-first mindset.

    • Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting and recommendations to improve efficiency and results.

    • Participate in team projects and process improvement initiatives to support innovation and growth.

    Here’s What We’re Looking For…

    • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of recruitment or staffing experience (corporate or agency); account management experience strongly preferred.

    • Proven ability to establish strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders.

    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally at all levels.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
