    Special Ops Division

While construction has remained essential during the pandemic, we know that due to the complex nature of our industry, there are continued challenges with project completion. Reports indicate that almost two thirds of typical construction projects finish behind schedule and nearly half run over budget. Whether projects present fast-track schedules, tight budgets or labor shortages, not all subcontractors are equipped to finish what they start.

Power Design’s Special Operations Division began as resource team comprised of top field leaders who mobilize immediately to support Power Design projects if potential issues arise. As we’ve expand into new scopes and geographic markets, the sense of urgency and agility from our Special Ops team has proven so effective, that we now offer this service to our valued partners in the event any project, whether contracted to Power Design or to another subcontractor, needs help.

Our focus on developing and training the workforce provides the bandwidth and expertise needed to ensure success for every project, which has a direct impact on building a better economy and communities. Construction will continue to be a challenging industry, with an infinite amount of hurdles and complexities to overcome. Power Design is committed to finishing projects with the level of quality our partners have come to expect.
