From coast to coast, Power Design is helping bring some of today’s most complex, high-impact projects to life. We’re showcasing just a snapshot of the work our teams are delivering across markets, regions, and project types — highlighting the scale, precision, and momentum behind the builds. In addition to shaping our nation’s skylines, our teams rallied together in the name of charity through friendly competitions throughout the year, showed out and showed up in their best Halloween costumes, joined the fight against Breast Cancer at community walks, found furry friends their fur-ever homes, and more! See for yourself some of our most iconic builds and moments as we ended 2025 together.

El Paseo de Saratoga — San José, California
El Paseo de Saratoga will redefine a longstanding retail site in San Jose, transforming it into a mixed-use community. This is blending residential units with retail and entertainment right in the Bay Area. Our team is ensuring consistency across all systems to bring this sustainable space to life.
Our teams aren’t stopping here. We’re also bringing a full MEP design-build student housing facility to life in Charlottesville, Virginia, at UVA, the Village at Providence Point, a nearly 700,000 sq. ft. senior living facility, a mixed-use development in Queens, New York, featuring full prefabricated electrical rooms right next door to Citi Field, a rockstar renovation at Florida State’s Doak Campbell Football Stadium highlighting our lighting and fixtures, and systems capabilities, and the momentum is only growing. As we round out our 2025 year of projects featuring stadiums, data centers, commercial venues, student housing, and more, our #PDIFamily is setting the industry standard and taking things to the next level.
From community and camaraderie to projects and our people, we celebrate the 2025 wins and look forward to seeing what our teams do in 2026.
