A blueprint for ultra‑luxury high-rise living in Miami, targeting 2027 completion, say hello to the newest St. Regis Residences in South Florida. We’re no stranger to upholding brand standards in construction when it comes to projects like St. Regis. This project features prestigious amenities such as a spa, indoor pool, pickleball courts, and a private marina. Fun fact? This project was won as a package deal with the Residences of Bal Harbour, spanning more than 1.5 million square feet.
