Great leaders don't grow alone – they grow through mentorship, meaningful experiences, and people who invest in their success.
That's exactly what the Women's Leadership Council Mentorship Program was created to do. Designed to support women building careers in a traditionally male-dominated industry, the 12-month program pairs emerging leaders with accomplished women across Power Design for mentorship, leadership development, and meaningful opportunities to grow.
As the inaugural class has completed the program, we're proud to celebrate everything they've accomplished and the leaders they've become. Watch the video below to hear directly from the mentees about what they gained from the experience and how it has shaped their leadership journey!
This program fostered deeper connections with like-minded, ambitious women. The connections made will continue to support collaboration and growth.
This has been one of the most empowering experiences of my career. It allowed me to connect with incredible women leaders, have real and vulnerable conversations, and continue growing.
As a woman in construction, it can feel intimidating stepping into certain conversations or leadership situations, but my mentor showed me what authenticity, preparation, and consistency earn respect over time.
The inaugural class marks just the beginning for the Women's Leadership Council Mentorship Program. We're proud of everything these women have accomplished and look forward to seeing the program continue to empower, connect, and develop future leaders across Power Design.
