At Power Design, building something that lasts is more than laying concrete or running wire – it’s shaping the future through our #PDIFamily. Because long after the job is done, the legacy we leave behind is what will live on in the next generation of leaders, learners, and tradespeople.
One of those leaders is Jesse Emery, a third-generation military man turned superintendent bringing our designs to life out in the desert in Arizona! He’s passionate about mentorship, team culture, and creating impact through our incredible PowerU Apprenticeship Program. His take? Legacy isn’t about the buildings we create or titles we accumulate, it’s about developing others who can carry the torch even further.
