About the Position

As a Campus Landscape Technician, you'll take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and visually stunning outdoor spaces across our properties.
Position Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day upkeep of lawns, gardens, walkways, and exterior areas.
- Mow, edge, trim, and water lawns and green spaces.
- Plant, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, and flowers to keep our landscape vibrant.
- Rake leaves, remove litter, and clear debris from walkways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas.
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides in accordance with safety regulations.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems.
- Monitor grounds for signs of disease, pests, or environmental stress.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Report any damage, hazards, or necessary repairs to management.
Here’s What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or similar work is a plus.
- You’re comfortable using tools and equipment (mowers, edgers, trimmers, etc.).
- Basic understanding of horticulture and grounds maintenance practices.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Exposure to varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Early mornings, weekends, or holiday work may be needed depending on site needs.
