This means we’ll need someone to ensure all projects maintain a high level of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Position Responsibilities
- Manage, evaluate and train field project team members.
- Plan, organize and direct production of contracted scope of work.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors and other trades.
- Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades as well as the general contractor to identify and resolve any conflicts while providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure all installations meet quality and mechanical code standards.
- Manage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet schedule.
- Adhere to Power Design’s standards of quality, safety and best practices.
Here’s What We’re Looking For
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Experience with Hydronic piping systems, Chiller, Boiler, Water Source Heat Pump refrigeration systems.
- Progressive Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path
- Skilled field supervisor with at least five years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion-dollar projects
- Active journeyman or master Mechanical or Plumbing license preferred
- Proficient knowledge of the IMC, IPC, and IBC Standards; local codes; and construction safety requirements
- Knowledge in Managing Plumbing Systems and / or HVAC Air distribution systems a plus.
- Familiarity with project management and construction technology applications such as Bluebeam, ProCore, BIM 360, CrewConnect, FieldWire, and/or Open Space preferred
- Flexibility to travel to other Power Design project sites as needed within the state of Florida preferred
