    • Maintain and service ATS/MTS equipment and backup generators.

    • Provide temporary power for events—handling setup, monitoring, and breakdown per manufacturer guidelines.

    • Perform regular preventive maintenance (PM), including scans and inspections of all electrical systems.

    • Coordinate with outside contractors on equipment service and repairs.

    • Support property and facilities-related work across campus—we work as one team.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a commercial property setting (or equivalent education/experience).

    • Proficiency with PCs, tablets, Energy Management Systems (EMS), building automation, and fire alarm systems.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership ability.

    • Vocational/technical training certificate or college degree in a related field required.

    • Journeyman level license or above is a plus.

    • Must meet health and physical qualifications for the role.
