    About the Position

The Service Technician plays a pivotal role in bringing our designs to life within our specified regions by installing and repairing wiring, fixtures, and equipment as needed to ensure our Field teams are always set up for success.     Position Responsibilities

    • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance when required, as well as diagnose and resolve any issues as needed
    • Ensure that all work adheres to contract scope and specifications, job site safety and security, and Power Design’s values, policies, and procedures
    • Provide superior customer service to develop and grow customer relationships
    • Provide weekly status updates on warranty calls, small projects, service work, service tickets, labor requirements, and material requirements
    • Work as an electrician on a designated jobsite when not answering service calls or performing maintenance
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Here’s What We’re Looking For

    • OSHA 30 certification preferred
    • Skilled electrician with at least five years of electrical service experience required, and ten years of related experience preferred
    • Active Journeyman or Masters electrical license required
    • Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements
    • Experience in Microsoft Office suite, (Excel, Word, and Outlook) preferred
    • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently
    • Ability to travel as required
