    About the Position

    The Sourcing Specialist plays a critical role on the Recruiting team in finding new rock star team members to join our #PDIFamily and support our growing business! Located at our headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida, the Sourcing Specialist works alongside our Recruiting Partners to help identify, assess, and attract high-caliber candidates. In this position, you'll make a significant contribution to the success of the organization and be positioned for tremendous growth.

    Position Responsibilities

    • Implement traditional and innovative strategies to source top-tier talent for the organization
    • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
    • Think outside the box to enhance our candidate network
    • Participate in departmental projects and process improvement efforts
    • Assist the Recruiting team in scheduling and organizing full lifecycle recruiting efforts

    Here’s What We’re Looking For

    • A college graduate with at least two years of relevant recruitment (staffing) work experience
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively and professionally interact with all levels of staff and management, with discretion as needed
    • An agile and highly organized team member who can work effectively and flexibly in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple projects with changing priorities
    • A self-motivated, lead-generating expert who can build strategic, targeted content that draws candidates in and converts them into applicants, and ultimately, team members
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Experience with Workday or other talent management software is preferred, but not required
    • Demonstrate and uphold Power Design’s core values, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth
