After following his father’s footsteps into the industry, Senior Project Superintendent Nate has witnessed construction’s highs and lows since the age of 19 — but a few years ago, his career took a turn for the best. Nate found himself working across the street from a Power Design project and thought “that’s a team I want to be part of.”
Once Nate followed his instincts and joined our #PDIFamily as a superintendent, his passion and ability to lead by example quickly allowed him to take his career to the next (senior super) level.
As an organization founded on core values like teamwork and accountability, Nate upholds these values on and off the job sites with an emphasis on providing hands-on education and experiences for the future generation of the workforce. Our (super) senior superintendent shared his key to a successful career in the industry.
