As our teams continue to grow, the AXR role was created to strengthen communication, alignment, and visibility across jobsites. Acting as a direct link between the field and the office, AXRs ensure our field teams feel that real-time support from the office.
On a daily basis, this means being present. On-site, in conversation, and engaged in the work. Through regular field visits, check-ins, and follow-through, AXRs help create continuity between the field and the office to keep our teams aligned.
That consistent presence builds more than alignment; it builds trust. By spending time alongside field teams, AXRs become a reliable resource for both leadership and crews in the field. That trust is often rooted in shared experience. Having firsthand knowledge of the field allows for a deeper level of relatability and problem-solving, strengthening collaboration across teams and driving better outcomes on every project, and that stands true for Chris Fahrny.
