A 27-story student housing high-rise in the heart of Columbia, Oliv Columbia will deliver 723 units designed to support a connected campus lifestyle. Partnering with Core Spaces and Juneau Construction, our team will provide a full scope of services—from VDC and electrical to mechanical, life safety, DAS, and low-voltage —ensuring seamless coordination and performance from concept through completion. 

In partnership with Bon Secours Mercy Health and Whiting-Turner, our team will support critical infrastructure upgrades at Mary Immaculate Hospital. With a focus on reliability and end-user experience of patient-centered environments, our scope includes VDC, electrical, life safety, and low-voltage systems, bringing precision to a project that directly impacts community health. 

Rising 13 stories in a growing Denver corridor, 4001 Walnut will deliver 301 apartment units across nearly 500,000 square feet—bringing new residential density to an evolving urban landscape. Developed by Halpern, Invent Development Partners, Korman, and RXR Realty, the project is grounded in early collaboration alongside Brinkman Constructors. We are supporting VDC and constructability efforts from the outset, helping drive coordination, identify efficiencies, and align design with execution. Our team is also delivering mechanical and life safety systems, ensuring integrated performance across all building systems.

Located in one of Houston’s most dynamic growth corridors, The RO – Parcel 1 is a 28-story residential tower delivering 317 units. In collaboration with Transwestern Development Company and Hoar Construction, our team will support VDC, electrical, and constructability efforts, driving efficiency and alignment across every phase of the project.

Expanding our footprint in the Midwest, this 12-story student housing development will bring 246 units to Columbus. Partnering with American Campus Communities and Marous Brothers Construction, our scope spans VDC, electrical, life safety, and low voltage—supporting a fully coordinated approach as this project gets underway.


 

Bringing a new hospitality destination to Richmond, the Springline Hilton Hotel & Conference Center spans more than 400,000 square feet across two buildings, delivering 270 hotel units in a dynamic development.

Working alongside Clancy & Theys Construction and Hilton Worldwide, our team is engaged early to support design, coordination, and constructability,  helping navigate the added complexity of a dual-building project. With a broad scope that includes electrical, fixtures, life safety, DAS, low voltage, and technology solutions, we’re supporting systems that enhance both operational performance and the overall guest experience.
