Say hello to Project Superintendent Cody Erwin. For Cody, leading a data center project means showcasing precision under pressure.

Data centers move faster than any other project type. What might take two years elsewhere must be completed in 12 months. “We have to plan ahead, staff up fast, and hit every milestone,” Cody explains. That means precise scheduling, constant coordination, and a strong plan of both manpower and materials. At this scale and speed, collaboration becomes everything.
