With a fully accredited apprenticeship program, hands-on training labs, and a dedicated Learning and Development team, we’re actively growing the next generation of mechanical construction talent in-house. We saw the need for self-performing and reliable labor, so we took matters into our own hands.

These standout builds represent just a portion of our coast-to-coast portfolio brought to life by our mechanical teams:

The Weld, Hammell Drive A & B (Raleigh, NC): A two-tower example of multi-trade success, this project showcases the tight collaboration between our mechanical and electrical teams. Tower A is 634,041 sq. ft and Tower B is 492,897 sq. ft. Multi-trade teamwork provided an experience so seamless, our partner called it one of their best to date.

FAMU Student Housing and CEP Expansion (Tallahassee, FL): At this 183,496 sq. ft education and student housing facility, our mechanical team played a key role in delivering an advanced system upgrade while maintaining coordination with campus operations, underscoring our ability to manage sensitive, high-stakes environments.

101 N. Meridian (Tampa, FL): A 498,308 sq. ft high-rise with a split DX system, this project showcases how our Mechanical design and build teams meet the demands of vertical construction services in a booming city, delivering performance without compromise. Our scopes included Design Build mechanical and electrical to support successful project delivery.
