Charleston Parking Garage – Charleston, South Carolina
Alongside our long-term partners Whiting-Turner Contracting, we’re celebrating one of the largest parking garage projects we’ve been awarded in company history and a project that is going to change the parking woes in Charleston forever. Covering nearly 2.5 million square feet (not to mention more than 120K tons of concrete to be poured), this project will provide ample parking for both residents and visitors in this lively city.

Verve Charlottesville – Charlottesville, Virginia
There’s a new student living complex in Charlottesville and alongside our partners Subtext and John Moriarty & Associates, Verve is the hottest new spot at University of Virginia. What looks like luxury high-rise apartments is actually a design-build student housing project for UVA students. Set to be complete in 2027, and providing nearly 500 units, this one-of-a-kind project is one to keep an eye out for!
