At the Rushmark Converge Residential project in Falls Church, Virginia, our teams hosted a Field Connection—an afternoon that brought crews from Converge and The Reserve at West Falls together for collaboration, connection, and a little fun. On active job sites, success isn't just about schedules and scopes. It's about the people behind the work, and the relationships that keep everything moving.

It was great to experience the energy of the field firsthand and bring a small piece of joy to the jobsite to commemorate all of their hard work so far and the work to come. At Converge, our teams are delivering across electrical, VDC, fixtures, life safety, DAS, low voltage, and energy scopes for a high-rise residential apartment building. Just down the road, at The Reserve at West Falls, a high-rise senior living facility, our teams are executing VDC, electrical, fixtures, and DAS.
