Education That Pays Off

Unlike traditional college programs that leave you with debt, Power Design’s mentorship program offers free education and hands-on training—all while earning a competitive salary. Plus, in addition to our in-house apprenticeship program PowerU, we partner with leading industry organizations like ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors) and IEC (Independent Electrical Contractors). This allows us to ensure that all our apprentices have access to the best training opportunities tailored to their unique needs and career goals.

State-of-the-Art Training Facility

We’re proud to offer our team access to a 60,000-square-foot training facility, known as CAMP. This state-of-the-art space is the only one of its kind in our industry and provides hands-on learning in a real-world environment so our apprentices can practice and perfect their skills before stepping onto the job site. Our facility includes evaluation spaces, mock units, and specialized areas for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing training, so apprentices can simulate the actual tasks they’ll face in the field.
