Our project, Reston Excelsior Parc (also known as Greystar Exo Apartments) was awarded the prestigious IES Illumination Award of Merit by the Illuminating Engineering Society for its meritorious contribution to lighting design!
All nominated projects were reviewed by a jury from a broad professional spectrum with diverse backgrounds, skills, and depth of lighting design knowledge.
IES Illumination Awards are given to individuals for professionalism, ingenuity, and originality in lighting design based on a person’s individual merit of entry. That’s why we are especially proud of our entire engineering team, especially Richard Falconer (Senior Lighting Designer) and Janelle Jacob (Associate Lighting Designer), for their hard work on this project!

Reston Excelsior Parc apartments consist of two towers, unified by a central outdoor garden and dining area. The apartments feature incredible amenities, including an Amazon Locker system, business center, saltwater swimming pool, sun deck, 4000 square ft fitness center, and more.
