    Our mission is to build a scalable, measurable workforce engine that trains 10,000 tradespeople by 2030—because demand is outpacing supply and the skilled trades gap is widening by the day.
    This initiative expands awareness and access to high-skill, high-wage careers through youth and community pathways, innovative and convenient jobsite-based training, and an industry-wide pledge—turning urgency into action and creating a repeatable model that strengthens the workforce, project by project, year over year.

    Pillars of the Program

    Key Pillars to strengthen the skilled workforce pipeline, accelerating career mobility, and shaping the future of the construction industry nationwide:

    • Build A Workforce: directly train 5,000 people through expanded internal programs, strengthening our field workforce and leadership pipeline.

    • Grow the Pipeline: expand early exposure and community-based training to bring 2,500 new trades persons into the industry and strengthen the long-term pipeline

    • Build the Industry: convene GCs, developers, suppliers, and national partners to expand training across the industry through joint programs and the “Build the 10K” pledge movement
