    Our mission is to create a scalable, measurable workforce engine that builds 10,000 futures in the trades by 2030—because demand is outpacing supply and the skilled trades gap is widening by the day.
    This initiative expands awareness and access to high-skill, high-wage careers through youth and community pathways, innovative and convenient jobsite-based training, and an industry-wide pledge—turning urgency into action and creating a repeatable model that strengthens the workforce, project by project, year over year.

    Bring new talent into the trades earlier, and keep them in.

    • High school and CTE partnerships with pre-apprenticeship pathways
    • Partnership and support of national student development organizations like Junior Achievement and First Tee
    • Early exposure that makes the trades visible, and highlights the modern,  attainable opportunities
