Another summer, another class of rising stars! This year, 61 interns joined 12 teams across Power Design for 10 weeks of hands-on experience, mentorship and a firsthand look at what it’s like to build a career in the construction industry.
When we say hands-on, we mean it! Our interns jumped into real projects alongside our teams, traveled to jobsites across the country (sometimes aboard the Power Design jet!), learned directly from industry leaders, and got plenty of opportunities to connect, give back, and have some fun along the way.
