DESIGN: Every build starts with LFG's licensed Professional Engineers, who spec each switchboard to the demands of your project and its installation. From there, 3D digital build sheets map every component—so what's designed is exactly what gets built. And one of LFG's standout advantages: partners can review their boards in 3D at any stage to verify feeders, access points, and layouts. No surprises at delivery. That's what accountability looks like.

MATERIAL SOURCING: Critical raw materials come straight from LFG's own inventory—full control over availability, quality, and cost. Years of stocked breakers and bus duct, built through partnerships with Siemens and LS Electric, mean components are on the shelf when your project needs them. No waiting on third-party supply chains to catch up.

COMPONENT PREP: This is where flat copper and steel start becoming a switchboard. Fiber lasers make the precision cuts. 180-ton press brakes form the enclosures, frames, and structural parts. An in-house powder coating bay finishes everything in the color—all without leaving the building.

PRODUCTION & ASSEMBLY: LFG's UL-certified assembly team brings more than 250 years of combined experience across OEM brands. Every section is tagged and identified for clarity in the field, and alignment and build quality are verified before anything moves to testing. Problems get caught here—not on the job site.

INSTALLER VERIFICATION: Before the gear ships, your Distribution Superintendent or Foreman can visit the facility to inspect boards, validate design details, and make adjustments in person. Your gear, built to your project standards.

TESTING & QC: Every board gets a full interior and exterior inspection, cross-checked against submittal and digital build documents. Connections are torqued to UL 891, marked, and documented so the field team can verify them at a glance. Hipot testing and final validation happen in-house, with third-party NETA testing available when the spec calls for it.

TRANSPORT & INSTALL: Boards are wrapped, labeled, crated, and sequenced the way the field team will install them. No third-party freight, no pit stops—LFG's own fleet and drivers deliver every switchboard to site with full tracking. What leaves the facility is exactly what arrives.

ENERGIZATION & SUPPORT: LFG energizes on your schedule. Every board is backed by a 12-month warranty with extended terms available, years of critical components stay in stock for fast-turnaround replacements, and expert technicians can be on-site within 72 hours.
